Interstate XVs

As the sanctioning body for rugby in the State of Iowa, the IHSRA recognizes the importance of facilitating strong interstate competition that will best position Iowans as National leaders in the sport of rugby. The IHSRA Interstate XVs league supports established programs such as the Des Moines Chaos, Quad Cities RFC, and Pearl City RFC as they compete in interstate leagues throughout the spring.
