Non-Contact Rugby

The above video is intended as a resource for high-school PE instructors and recreational sports league facilitators for introducing co-ed non-contact rugby to your students or constituents. As described in the video, non-contact rugby is a simple, safe, high-paced sport during which participants have been proven to be within their target heart rate zone over 90% of the activity time. For more information about how to introduce non-contact rugby into your classes or community, including how to receive a free start-up kit including balls, bags, and bibs through IHSRA, please email Chris Draper or call him at (515) 210-0214.
